Cedar Orchard Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
