Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wilder Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
