Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
