Bluepeak Mill Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit.
