Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
