Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Sacramento focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
