Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
