Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Nova Quill Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Rochester serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit.
