Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Basin Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
