Nova Mill Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit.
