Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
