Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
