Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
