Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
