Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Nest Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
