Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Fernwood Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Richmond with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
