Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Summit Cobalt Construction Associates is a Richmond contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
