Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Reno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
