Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Northwind Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
