Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
