Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Rook Financial Group serves customers across Reno with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
