Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Nova Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Reno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
