Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Junction Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
