Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
