Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Reno with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
