Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
