Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
