Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
