Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Birch Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
