Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Albuquerque, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
