Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
