Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Detroit. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
