Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
