Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
