Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
