Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Junction Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
