Cedar Union Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
