Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
