Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
