Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
