Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
