Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Keystone Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
