Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
