Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
