Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
