Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
