Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
