Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Nashville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
