Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
