Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
